Professional career:
Since 2001 Chief executive Officer of Actia Forum Sp. z o.o. – the founder and shareholder of the company. Since the year 2006 the General Secretary of Baltic Port Organisation. Between 1996 – 2003 an adviser  in  the Port of Gdańsk Authority S.A.: the chairman of Environmental Commission of Baltic Port Organisation (BPO), participated in works of European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO), Helsinki Commission, Baltic Agenda 21. Since the year 2006 an adviser in Gdańsk Airport – Trójmiasto Sp. z o.o. Between 1994-1998  connected with a consultancy company GEOMOR, in which he finished his cooperation as a board member, managing director.  
A participant of many international projects from such sectors as transport and environment protection, among others Ecoports, Matros. Organiser of international conferences, among others, Perspectives of Air Transport in Poland - Enlarging European Sky, February 2003; Baltic Ports and Shipping Business Forum: Globalization and Regional Transport Development, May 2002; Sustainable transport in the Baltic Sea, March 2000. The organiser, chairman as well as lecturer on many international conferences.

University of Gdańsk graduate, Biology, Geography and Oceanology Department. During the course of studies the holder of Tempus Programme scholarship. After graduation the holder of the Kingdom of Denmark Government scholarship. The graduate of post-graduate studies in law and management, Technical University of Gdańsk (2007).

English and Russian - fluent.

Sport (tennis, football, skiing) and jazz.
